Etsy cuteness
Oh to have some kind of expendable income would be so great right about now. I should probably limit the time I spend browsing Etsy – it would make the longing easier to handle!
Here are some of my favourite (recent) finds…

A gorgeous vintage fabric necklace. I love the pink bloom. So pretty. (Found via @mellalicious)

This little fella would make a great addition to my collection of black & grizzly bears. At the moment I have 5 figurines and I’m always looking for new ones. (Found here.)

I just adore the art created by Emily – in particular this gorgeous “The Quiet Room” print. This image inspired me to write a short story recently (which is no mean feat). (Found here.)

Another thing I collect are vintage postcards – the older the better. The majority of the ones I have are from the early 1900′s. I love them because I love reading the nice little notes that the sender includes – most of them have “wishing you were here” or some similar sentiment. The above postcard is a Valentines themed one from 1914. So cool! (Found here.)

Despite my Mum’s best efforts I’m still a terrible knitter. I tend to pull things too tight or loose stitches, despite my best intentions. I think I may be a little too highly strung for knitting. I found the kit above which comes with a couple of “learn to knit” zines, some wool and vintage knitting needles. Perhaps this might help? (Found here.)
